They multiply. The first one you think is cute. It will be taken care of, treasured. The second one is a companion for the first. The third one was a gift from someone, the fourth given by a friend. The fifth and sixth came from a set, the seventh is a blur. Then there are more and you’re lining up plasti-rubber ponies on the edge of the bathtub so their hair will dry. How did it come to this?

Oh this brought back so many memories. I think we still have some My Little Ponies around in the cupboards. And Ghostbusters and Ninja Turtles! Great Days.
